Greg has served the testing and applied research communities since the early 2000’s. He specializes in creating psychometric solutions for the certification & licensure sector, mostly in Canada. Before starting For Good Measure in 2018, he was the EVP Psychometrics & Chief Scientific Officer for Yardstick Assessment Strategies, in which he served since 2010.
Greg’s professional mission is to carefully understand client needs and to connect them with testing solutions that meet and exceed expectations. He provides excellent value to clients through his extensive experience in creating defensible examinations, his ability to incorporate emerging best practice, and his partnerships with other providers and industry thought leaders. Greg’s goal is to provide industry-leading psychometric and testing solutions, aligned with the needs and constraints of client organizations.

Greg Pope is a psychometrician with over 25 years of experience in the area of high stakes assessment. With For Good Measure Greg works with clients applying his experience in the area of certification/licensure testing to improve the defensibility of high stakes assessment programs. Prior to joining For Good Measure Greg was the Director of Examinations at the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), the largest regulator in western Canada, for almost 10 years. Prior to working with APEGA Greg gained experience working with Canadian and international assessment companies developing and managing high stakes assessment programs and psychometric consulting services.
In these roles Greg designed software and reporting approaches in many areas of psychometric analyses of high stakes assessment data such as item bank composition visualization reports, result reporting at candidate and multiple organizational levels, collusion detection on and test security, Classical Test Theory item and test analysis, non-parametric item response modeling, as well as differential item functioning analysis and group difference reporting. Prior to working in the private sector Greg worked as a psychometrician with the Alberta government in the area of large-scale high stakes provincial educational assessment.

Morgan Roney is an accomplished software engineer and technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading Fortune 500 teams in architecting systems that process millions of transactions every minute. His career is defined by a relentless pursuit of scalable, robust, and secure IT solutions—a foundation he has leveraged to transform enterprise-level technologies into a cutting-edge online exam platform at Assessbank Exam Software.
Throughout his journey, Morgan has maintained a deep technical acumen in system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. He has consistently implemented state-of-the-art methodologies—from distributed microservices and automation frameworks to real-time monitoring systems—to build resilient solutions that overcome traditional enterprise limitations. This technical rigor not only ensures exceptional application performance but also fortifies security and availability for high-stakes environments.
Beyond engineering, Morgan is a strategic leader dedicated to aligning innovative technologies with business objectives. His approach bridges the best of both worlds: integrating legacy experience from large-scale, high-frequency environments with contemporary agile practices. Some of her experience includes development or revalidation of competency frameworks and job task lists for over 30 professions, including financial planners, engineering technologists, pediatric dentists, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in Canada. She estimates she has conducted over 200 workshops over her career, from focus group meetings to item development training, standard setting to blueprinting. More recently, she has improved exam maintenance processes for five NCCA-accredited certification programs for allied health professions. She also contributed to the revalidation of exam content outlines for three NCCA-accredited credentialing programs for acupuncture and herbal medicine practitioners in the U.S

Jasper is a full-stack software developer focusing on scalable web platforms for high-stakes environments. Since completing a Bachelor of Computer Science with Great Distinction at University of Saskatchewan, Jasper has been a core developer at Assessbank Exam Software. Jasper’s contributions include building efficient microservices to handle large bulk email jobs, designing robust software architecture to support complex feature sets, utilizing AWS Cloud Services to support thousands of end users, as well as fixing software bugs in short time frames. On top of that Jasper focuses on providing IT Support to help both the internal team and clients best utilize the applications the company provides. Before starting at Assessbank Exam Software, Jasper has also explored mobile app development in the p2p tech space during an internship with Atsign.

Jesse Aguirre is a full-stack software developer and client-facing account manager at Assessbank Exam Software, where he engineers secure, high-availability assessment platforms for regulators and professional bodies across Canada. Drawing on a dual degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan, he blends multiple technical skills in Laravel, Vue.js, PHP, MySQL, and AWS with an acute focus on customer success. Since joining Assessbank in 2024, Jesse has been heavily involved in the rollout of new features and collaborating with psychometricians to launch data-rich reporting dashboards that drive evidence-based improvements in exam delivery. Before moving into ed-tech, Jesse honed his leadership and incident-response abilities as a Lifeguard Team Lead with YMCA Canada and explored IoT security during previous internships. These experiences shaped his proactive, safety-first mindset—qualities he now brings to cloud architecture, data privacy, and round-the-clock client support.
